What type of protein is it?
EverTin Protein® uses WPC 80% instantized whey protein, sourced from EU-approved suppliers.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
Yes - whey protein is vegetarian-friendly, but not suitable for vegans.
Does it contain any allergens?
Yes - milk.
May contain traces of soy and gluten from the manufacturing facility.
Is the pouch compostable?
Yes - our refill pouches are made from EN 13432-certified industrial compostable materials.
Dispose of the pouch in your local industrial composting stream where accepted, or follow your council's waste guidelines.
How many servings are in 1 kg?
Approximately 33 servings (30 g each).
How do I mix it?
Add 1 scoop (30 g) to 200-300 ml of water or milk. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
How should I store it?
Keep your EverTin® in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed. Avoid heat and direct sunlight.
What is the shelf life?
Each pouch has a Best Before date printed on the back. Once opened, consume within 3 months for best freshness.
REFILL SYSTEM
How does the refill system work?
1. Buy your Founder Tin.
2. When you run out, order a 1 kg refill pouch.
3. Pour the pouch into your EverTin®.
4. Compost/recycle the empty pouch according to guidelines.
Can I subscribe to refills?
Yes - refills are available for £22.49 per pouch on subscription. You can cancel anytime.

How long does delivery take?
UK & Ireland:
* Standard: 2-4 working days
* Express: 1-2 working days
Europe:
* Standard: 4-10 working days
* Express: 3-5 working days
Will I have to pay customs if I live in Europe?
Orders shipped from the UK may incur local VAT or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I return my order?
For safety reasons, opened protein cannot be returned. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll sort it. evertinprotein@gmail.com
I entered the wrong address what do I do?
If the order has not shipped, contact us immediately. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, a reshipping fee applies.
My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
Delivery couriers sometimes delay updates. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 days, contact us and we'll investigate.
